The Third Door, a Rooks & St. Felix Haunted Mystery Box - Curated Antique Oddities and Paranormal Collector Keepsakes
Mystery Box · Novice Tier
Three thresholds, and you have come to the last of them. This is the finest company we keep at the novice tier, and it did not arrive here by accident.
What waits inside was loved once, and loved well, and not only by the living. It has passed through fine hands across a long span of years, some of this world and some, by every account we have been given, from somewhere considerably stranger. There are spirits that attach themselves to misery and ruin, and then there are those that attach themselves to beauty, that seek out the elegant and the admired and the carefully kept, and refuse to settle for anything less. This is one of the latter. A bright presence, vain in the most charming way, fond of lovely things and of being counted among them.
We have heard the lineage told more than one way. A creature of the old fae courts, fond of glamour and of mirrors. A djinn that bargained its way into a beautiful object and never left. A noblewoman of an Austrian house who was, in her own time, said to be haunted herself, and who passed whatever followed her down along with her finery. Which of these your piece carries, the note inside will tell you. We set down only what we have been told, and we have been told a great deal.
Treat it as the rarity it is and it returns the favor, generously, to those who keep it well.
You will not know whose it was until you open the box, sealed by our own hand, its story written in full within.
Open it slowly. What you keep from here keeps you back.
Three tiers, three depths of the collection:
No. III · The Third Door · $300
Each tier is drawn from a finer shelf than the last. The spirit stays gentle. The object grows rarer.
Every antique is real, old, and chosen with care. What comes home with you stays a mystery until you open it. After that, it is yours to keep.
