Every piece carries a documented history of phenomena attached to it. We assign each a rating on our supernatural intensity scale based on the accounts that travel with it. Pieces rated 3 or above go to the store. Pieces rated 1 or 2 go to the mystery boxes. We guarantee the antique. The rest is the object's to keep or not, as our terms explain.

Yes. Every antique is verified and authenticated before it is put in the catalog.

Please note: We guarantee the physical authenticity of each antique presented to the best of our ability. To that end, we cannot sell any intangible thing, including supernatural entities, ghosts, demons, poltergeists, etc. We can only sell the object to which the entity has been attached. As such, we cannot guarantee that the entity will remain attached to the item nor can we be held responsible for any of the supernatural effects experienced or lack thereof by the buyer. Every box is sealed by hand and sent without a manifest, because part of what you are paying for is the not-knowing. What we will tell you is this: inside waits one genuine haunted antique, chosen and graded by us, never a trinket and never filler. It arrives in the company of a Care Card describing how to keep it, and a letter written to you by hand, in ink, from Rudolfo St. Felix himself. Around them you will find the trappings of the house: Rooks & St. Felix stationery, a logo notepad, and a set of our stickers, so that something of us remains with you long after the box is opened. We were inspired by Ed and Lorraine Warren and decided to finally publish our experiences through the Inaugural Catalog. We felt there was more to add to Ed and Lorraine’s fascinating research. We are specifically interested in abundance and happiness magnets, and we tend to stay away from evil haunted items. Therefore, you can rest assured that the items we pick will be of a benevolent nature.
